World Wellbeing Week

World Wellbeing Week is currently underway and provides the opportunity for people to learn more about the various aspects of wellbeing, including social, physical, emotional, financial and environmental wellbeing.

It also gives recognition to professionals who work within this growing sector and shines a light on charities and community initiatives working hard in all the areas of wellbeing.

Studio One

We’re proud of the mixture of retailers, eateries and services that frequent The Pantiles. From enjoying foods packed full of health benefits in our restaurants to buying fitness fashions from Jack Wills, there’s all manner of ways to ensure you’re on the ball during World Wellbeing Week.

Studio One, located at 51 – 55 in The Pantiles, is the perfect venue to improve on your fitness and mindfulness. Creating bespoke plans for your needs, whether via a group class or private tuition, the studio provides excellent instruction and advice in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.

The practices on offer include Pilates, Gyrotonic and The Booty Barre. Each of these practices is designed to move the body in a way that is unique to its own system:


Developed in the early 20th Century, Pilates is based on a series of low-impact conditioning movements that are performed via a range of mat and equipment-based exercises, with a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection. Benefits include re-balancing muscle, improving posture and mobility, developing lean muscle, relaxation and stress reduction.


Studio One are the only studio in Tunbridge Wells, or the local area for that matter, providing Gyrotonic. This system simultaneously stretches and strengthens the body using three-dimensional movement patterns of circular, spiralling and rotating movements. Gyrotonic increases coordination, spinal motion, strength and flexibility.

The Booty Barre

The Booty Barre is a fun and energetic workout that centres around a ballet barre. It fuses techniques from dance, Pilates and yoga to tone and define your entire body.
